Kitchen Newsletter (April 29, 1971)
This one-page document is the Kitchen's first newsletter, dated April 29, 1971, and titled Mercer Media Repertory Theatre. Written by Andres Mannick and Woody Vasulka, it includes information on the Kitchen's prospective activities, including a Media Theatre, Electronic Image and Sound Workshop, Consultation Services, Videotape Services, cable experiments, and Live Audience Testing Laboratory, as well as projects in production, including the "Multi-media oriented Cosmic Opera" and "Videotape showings, with Quadrosonic Sound."
