  Grant Proposal: Women‰s Video Festival
(1973)

In this two-page grant proposal Susan Milano explains the necessity of the Women‰s Video Festival. She states that many women are making tapes, having found in video a way ‹to share and change their life experience.ž According to Milano, the one missing element is a place where women‰s works can be shown. The first Women‰s Video Festival was such a venue, and Milano stresses the importance of its continuation. Considering the positive response from individuals across the U.S., Milano believes the Festival can now grow from a regional festival into a national event.
